Stefano Cioni
Captain Stefano Cioni is an experienced MCA Master and RYA Ocean Yacht master Instructor, Chief Instructor at the VMB Yachts RYA Training Centre and Training Skipper at Sir Robin Knox-Johnston’s Clipper Round the World Race.
Stefano has the experience of several successful ocean crossings and circumnavigations by sailboat.
He has transferred sailing and motor yachts over routes spanning 2000 nautical miles and has experience with most types of vessels.
Furthermore, Stefano has been accredited MCA Coding Surveyor at RYA Technical and IIMS International Institute of Marine Surveying and MCA Registration Agent for the UK Ship Registry. He is experienced in the inspection and repair aspects of yachts and commercial units coded with the MCA.
Stefano holds a degree in Small Craft and Yacht Surveying from the Maritime Training Academy, recognized by RINA, IMarEST, PYA, the Marine Society and by the University of Portsmouth.
Associate member of the IIMS International Institute of Marine Surveying.
Stefano is also extremely practical, and his safety awareness covers much more than simply identifying defects.

Kristian Piussi is a young RYA/MCA qualified yacht master with extensive experience in the daily management of yachts.
With him on board you can rely on a safe and comfortable journey.
Kristian is also an excellent chef with a great family tradition. He will provide a true fusion of various Mediterranean flavours combined by the experience of his authentic Tuscan upbringing, making your experience truly unforgettable..
